 a slower class for chronic pain, stress, injuries or limited mobility. Poses adapted to suit your needs. All welcome.

Back Care Yoga
:
Strengthen and stabilize your back to ease pain and tension. Mixed levels, no experience necessary

Balance and Mobility: co-taught w Sharon Lieser PT. Improve posture, strength, ease of movement, & reduce your risk of falling. For those experiencing balance decline and wishing to gain greater stability in their everyday mobility. No experience necessary.
